Midterms are just days away, and St. Louis County is tasked with choosing a County Executive. Democratic incumbent Sam Page is running for reelection, and is opposed by businessman Mark Mantovani, who was chosen as a replacement for the primary election winner, Katherine Pinner, when she dropped out.
